For families tracking FPIES, one trial at a time

Every food trial. Every reaction. Finally in one place.

FPIES reactions don't show up on a standard allergy test. FPIESwise helps you log every food, trial, and reaction so the pattern finally shows up somewhere: your own data, in your pocket.

The condition

A diagnosis built on notes, not on a test.

Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES) is a delayed, non-IgE food allergy most often diagnosed in infants and toddlers. Reactions typically start one to four hours after eating: repeated vomiting, lethargy, sometimes diarrhea. Standard skin-prick and blood IgE tests usually come back clean.

That leaves parents holding the only evidence that matters: what was eaten, when, and what happened after. FPIESwise turns that evidence into a record you can actually read back, and share with your child's care team.

No single test

FPIES is identified by history and food trials, not a lab result

What you get

Everything a food trial needs, color-coded the way you already think about it.

Run a Trial

Introduce one food at a time and track it day by day, from first bite to the all-clear.

Confirm Safe Foods

Build a real, dated list of foods your child has tolerated, so mealtime stops being a guessing game.

Flag a Reaction Fast

Log symptoms the moment they start, timestamped and tied to exactly what was eaten.

The bigger idea

Community hidden-trigger intelligence

Every family who logs a trial adds a data point. The Hidden Trigger Feed surfaces what other families are already reporting, like 38 submitted reports flagging oat as a suspected trigger in a "gluten-free" snack, and the same dataset is being built to support real FPIES research.

A closer look

Designed for the tired, worn out, frustrated parent.
